9:345am - Philadelphia, PAKaty... my first photographic victim of the day.
9:52am - Philadelphia, PALucky has no problem relaxing whenever and wherever she wants.
12:12pm - Philadelphia, PAThat's my lunch. Not much to look at (or taste for that matter), but I've lost over 30lbs on this diet. Two meals a day I drink one of these as a meal and have a regular meal as a third. Like I said, not much on taste, but I don't feel hungry after.
2:33pm - Philadelphia, PAOut syringing (cooling by spraying just a bit of water and letting it evaporate) the greens. This is our 14th.
4:49pm - Philaldelphia, PAA few packages arrive for me. The bigger one contains 3 canisters of the "liquid" diet mix.
4:59pm - Philadelphia, PAAlong with a couple of doodads for my cameras, this headset for my iPhone was in the small box.
5:43pm - Philadelphia, PAOff from work...
6:29pm - Newtown Square, PA13 miles in 45 minutes... that's good time believe it or not.
6:37pm - Newtown Square, PALevitation ale from Stone Brewing Company... makes the commute worth it.
6:59pm - Newtown Square, PASarah pouring a couple of mixed shots.
8:00pm - Newtown Square, PAThe tap list at Uno's... You need one cause they are constantly changing it up. That's why I come here so much.
8:47pm - Upper Darby, PAHome... they repaved the parking lot, but haven't striped it yet.

Hey - don't know how else to contact you. Thanks for looking me up. I wish someone would have taken over the 12 of 12......I keep posting mine but only share via Facebook and with a few people via email. I'm not ready to give it up, but it's frustrating that all the old regulars don't have somewhere central. :-) You do need to get back into it. It's such a good discipline. Hope you are doing well.
